The 7 Hugs: The David E., Sally Kirk, JD, and Stephanie Webster Family Endowment was established in 2018.
David and Sally Webster established this Flexible Community Fund to benefit Jefferson County residents and address the ever-changing needs of our communities forever. “7 Hugs” refers to seven very important people in their life: their two children and five grandchildren. David and Sally believe that everyone needs a hug, either physical or monetary, and this endowment will provide that hug through the funding of programs and projects provided by nonprofit organizations.
