In 2000, Margaret Tolzmann established the Jeanne Bunton Memorial Endowment for Madison Presbyterian Church following the passing of her mother, Virginia Jean “Jeanne” Lodge Bunton.
Jeanne was a life-long resident of Madison, where she worked for the family business, Lodge Hardware. She then co-owned B & B Shoe Corp. with her husband Paul. Mrs. Bunton was a faithful member of the Madison Presbyterian Church and worked on their Carriage House Workshop.
Annual grants from this fund are made to the Madison Presbyterian Church to help them continue their mission.
