The Caring for Veterans Fund was established by a retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant in 2015.
This Field of Interest Fund provides support to Jefferson County veterans’ causes.
Through the Foundation’s competitive grant process, grants are given to nonprofit organizations who provide benefits awareness, homeless assistance, mental and physical health education and awareness, Veterans Affairs transportation services, temporary housing, and other services for veterans.
