An anonymous donor established the Clearinghouse of Jefferson County Endowment Fund in 2014.
This Designated Fund provides perpetual financial support to the Clearinghouse of Jefferson County. The agencies housed within the walls of the Clearinghouse facility assist individuals and families living in poverty to make positive changes to become self-sufficient and prosper. The plans for the Clearinghouse began in 2007, and it officially opened at the corner of West and Second Streets in 2014. This fund will continue to help the Clearinghouse achieve its motto: Better Today. Greater Tomorrow.
