On March 28, 1994, Bill Stiver established the Norma A. Cull Memorial Scholarship in memory of his wife.
Norma graduated from Madison High School in 1943. While at Madison, she participated in journalism classes, was co-editor of the school newspaper for two years, and served on the yearbook staff her senior year. She shared with her husband that these activities were among her most enjoyable school experiences.
This scholarship is awarded to a Madison Consolidated High School graduating senior who will major in journalism, communications, mass media, multi-media journalism, broadcasting, digital media, or English as they continue their education.
