The Dr. Fred Henderson Family Scholarship Fund was established in 1961 at Trinity United Methodist Church. Dr. Fred Henderson was a long-time dentist in Madison. Dr. Henderson’s family members endowed the scholarship with the Community Foundation in 2015 to help future recipients reach their education goals.
Annual scholarships are awarded to a Madison Consolidated High School graduating senior attending a two-year or four-year college or university, vocational or trade school with an interest in studying math, science, or engineering.
