The Dennis Holt Memorial Scholarship was established in 2000 by his sister and brother-in-law, Vicki and Michael Kennedy, along with memorial donations from family and friends.
Dennis Holt taught in the Madison Consolidated Schools system for 23 years. He also was a coach to many students through the track, football, and girls’ basketball programs at the Madison Jr. & Sr. High Schools.
This scholarship is awarded to a graduating Madison Consolidated High School senior who has a GPA of 3.0 & above (4.0 scale) and participated for at least one year on the Girls’ Basketball team.
