Big E’s Garage: The Elisha Ellsworth Lowry Memorial Scholarship is an Acorn Fund that was established in 2020.
Phoebe Lowry James created this fund as a way to remember her father and his love for cars.
Once this fund reaches the minimum establishing amount, it will become a scholarship to benefit Jefferson and Scott County graduating seniors interested in pursuing a degree in the automotive field.
