On March 23, 2009, the Dale McNeely Scholarship was established through the estate plans of his wife, Martha.
Dale and Martha were both educators, and Dale served on the Southwestern School Board at the time of his death in 2004. Martha made a generous gift from her estate after her passing in 2008, helping to make this scholarship the second largest scholarship award at the Foundation.
The Dale McNeely Scholarship provides a four-year, renewable scholarship to a Southwestern High School graduating senior.
