The Bill Oldaker Scholarship is the first endowed scholarship created at the Community Foundation in 1992.
It was established by the Madison Rotary Club in memory of long-time Rotarian, Bill Oldaker.
This scholarship is open to Jefferson County graduating seniors who will attend a vocational school.
