The Salvation Army Endowment in Memory of Tom Palfreeman was established in 2016. It was created through Tom Palfreeman’s estate after his passing. During Tom’s youth, the Salvation Army helped him through difficult circumstances.
Grants from this Designated Fund are distributed annually to the Salvation Army-Madison Citadel.
