The late Margaret Seifert-Russell and Gregory Russell established this Flexible Community Fund in 2014 to invest in the community’s future.
Margaret and Gregory both believe it is important to give of their substance, time and energy to Jefferson County – the community they love and that has been their home for almost forty years. They feel that their individual efforts cannot do as much as when cooperating with others and the Community Foundation. Margaret was also a past Board Member of the Community Foundation and the Women’s Giving Circle.
Annual grants from this fund are utilized during the Foundation’s competitive grant cycle.
