The Bonnie and Printis Shelton Scholarship Fund was established in 2018 by Printis Shelton.
Bonnie and Printis Shelton respectively grew up in Trimble County and Jefferson County. They married in 1951, and have resided on Madison’s beautiful Main Street since 1966. After retiring from serving our nation at White Sands Missile Range (New Mexico) and Jefferson Proving Ground, they started Shelton Realty, and retired again in 2000.
Following Bonnie’s passing in 2017, Printis established the scholarship to honor her desire to provide everlasting financial support and encouragement for college bound students, and his strong belief that education opens doors.
This scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior ranking within the top 20% of their class from either Madison Consolidated High School, Southwestern High School, or Trimble County High School.
