The VOBC Economic Development Endowment was established in 2024 by the Venture Out Business Center Foundation.
This Field of Interest Fund was established following the sale of the Venture Out Business Center property. The VOBC building was well-known for serving the community as a business incubator and event space for over 30 years.
Annual grants from this endowment will be awarded as part of the Community Foundation’s competitive grant cycle in response to applications from nonprofit organizations that best support economic development activites in Jefferson County, Indiana, including but not limited to business attraction, business retention, and encouragement of entrepreneurship.
